You won't find a better price for a hydro trainer. Assembly was easy and the trainer was packaged very well. It's been great for me as it's winter now and I can't go outside that much to exercise. A bit noisy when driving at high speeds, but not critical. It's still quieter than a magnetic trainer. It was fairly easy to put together - took an extra few minutes to set up and was ready to go. It's a smooth ride, firm, stable and quiet. I used my own axle on my bike (Specialized Roll) instead of the extra axle that came with it, mine works fine with the stand. I'm very good with packing so I had no problems. The instructions are mostly pictures only, so study the pictures and become familiar with the trainer mount before you begin.
