The only thing I like about the Instant Pot (I have the 8 liter and the mini) is the stainless steel insert. But I adore and use my Ninja Foodi every day and only rely on Instant Pots when I'm cooking a lot of food at once. I cook the main course at Ninja Foodi and also the side dish at Instant Pot mini. I've moved my large Instant Pot to a dedicated canning area and use it primarily for sanitizing cans or blanching veggies. scratched and cannot be cleaned thoroughly. I didn't want to order another because I knew someone would eventually offer a stainless steel liner, so I mostly used it with a fryer basket or a pot in a pot because I was nervous about what can seep into my food from a scratched liner. As soon as it arrived I ordered a 6.5 liter Goldlion liner (I have their dehydrator racks and I know they make solids) and it arrived the next day! just because it's stainless steel. The base has a triple bottom layer for even heat distribution, but the base is curved like a Foodi liner should be, not completely flat. I haven't cooked anything yet, but I'm willing to bet that this added feature will improve the way Foodi handles sautéed and slow-cooked dishes. bold, very clearly stamped cup sizes (from 2 to 18) and liters from the bottom to the max line and optional max pressure gauge. These markings will not wear off as they are embossed into the steel; They are read from the inside of the pot, not the outside, which is very, very helpful. And the snap-on silicone lid for my 8L Instant Pot is perfect for Ninja Foodi use! Instant Pot Pads, if not better. The My Instant Pot liners have hard water stains on the bottom that won't wash out in the dishwasher, but Goldlion has included instructions on how to remove these stains when they pop up with their Foodi liner. The final plus is Goldlion's generous offer in the form of a gift. as a thank you for purchasing one of their products. If you are reading this I don't know if they will still be offering this but for every Goldlion product I have purchased I have received a different gift of theirs of my choice. I bought their large silicone band and then chose the small one as a free gift (perfect for my IP mini). I got a vapor vent when I bought the dehydrator, so now I can use my Instant Pot under my cabinets. I really like this company and I am so happy that they came out with this beautiful Ninja Foodi side dish!
