This item is a cheap copy of the original part. The rope/cable must be plastic welded at the ends to the sleeves to withstand the loading of the door spring when the door is opened. The first only lasted 10 days so I fitted a second set as there were several in the order. The second installation took less than 24 hours before it also popped out and allowed my door to open. If the cable breaks the door will fall out of your hands as the doors are quite heavy and you don't expect this. The door falls to the hard kitchen floor and hits directly on the dishwasher controls, destroying them. Cheap crap.
