The ease of use of the system, its customer service, the level of support provided by the team at Mosaic. I have found the system easy to navigate and understand and the ability to easily create new users and access the system from any device (including smartphones) has been great. As an operations manager it was important for me that my team could access the system from anywhere without having to log in to the server. The software allows us to manage our stock efficiently and effectively. Reporting and tracking orders and staff movements are also made very simple with the platform.
