I thought it was a regular cheap soap cutter box and it was me who cut my soap crooked but I ended up using a ruler and measured the grooves for the cutter blades and they are not straight. What the hell. Of course it's outside the return window, so now I have to tilt the little plug (which won't stay in place) at the same angle that the guy who cut the lines had to stand at when he cut the thing. What a waste of soap and money. I can't believe this company doesn't have the slightest quality control. Also, stains on the knife handle bleed when wet.
