Review on Improved Linemaster T-91-S Treadlite II Industrial Foot Switch for Electrical Applications by Rip Twin

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Ideal for DIY enthusiasts

Exactly what I was looking for, I needed a small foot switch for use with low voltage models of power tools (<15 VDC) as it was impractical to use the switch on the foot of the tool itself Well constructed with mainly metal and should withstand normal wear and tear for home/hobby use. If you need something for industrial use, I would choose a different model. Two downsides to the footswitch itself: 1) there is barely enough room between the NC and NO ends of the microswitch to maneuver the jack (not included) required for use; 2) The "lid return spring" has no cuts on either the bottom or the lid, making assembly of the assembly interesting after the wires are connected. Prep for wires (and most importantly, it requires two 3/16" wide sockets).
