The shirt is long enough for me I am 6,1ft and even doing pulldown for back is long enough. Soft enough and strong enough there's nothing fancy about this shirt it does what it's meant to do.Only one down side I see right now is that the shirts all have a smell that I can deal with but it's bad I am not sure why maybe the type of dye they use to color them with but it's pretty strong even after a couple of washes
