Background on this purchase I bought this product because I have asthma and my chest gets very tight in the hot months. I also bought it to help with my allergies. I've had this product since mid-October and have had plenty of time to test it. What I like about this product: It is aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. What I don't like about this product: Every time I use this product I get a very bad sore throat like I'm sick. I use filtered water every time and don't leave water in the container unless I know I won't be using it for more than a day. And if I leave it, I always clean it thoroughly. Conclusion: It was a waste of $100 and I would advise against anyone buying this product. I'm not sure which one I would get because I'm skeptical this will happen again. I would return this item if I could, but I can't. I no longer buy cheap brands.
