No minuses as such, comfortable to use.
Don't get your hopes up for a ton of fancy functions on this gadget. In an apartment complex, I was only able to "remove" 30 megabytes / sec by going through 1 wall. It will suffice if you need something cheap and functional, but a standard, seamless mesh system is preferable for in-house communication of any serious nature.
