I bought this unit for my entertainment room and the results are amazing. The price for a high-quality sounding panel is unbeatable. I have a Polk soundbar that is three times the price of this one. The sound quality varies between them, but I have to admit that listening to different genres of music on them is impressive. I mainly use the panel to play R&B music, and when I'm not playing music I turn it on for exercise. I've used the soundbar at both medium and high volume levels. I didn't notice any distortion, lag, or rattling/crackling noise at all. The remote control is definitely a plus for this set as you can switch between different functions. Features like Bluetooth, HDMI or optical. I can control volume, bass and treble with the remote control. The Bluetooth signal was good up to 35 feet between walls and rooms. With good positive results there must always be problems. I didn't feel that the issues I encountered deserved deducting a star. I had trouble switching the panel from optical to bluetooth. I contacted support and they responded within 24 hours. All I had to do was restart the soundbar and my problem was resolved. Customer support mentioned that it could be a power-on error, which shouldn't affect the soundbar's performance or longevity. I had no further problems after this small and insignificant accident. Another recommendation I can make for future developments is to make the subwoofer power cord longer so it can be hidden if someone wants to hide it. However, if you're looking for a simple, affordable, and well-designed soundbar, this set is ideal for a small entertainment space or game room. I definitely recommend this set to everyone!
