We panic if they get lost (usually in your pocket!). If you take care of them, they will last forever.
One of these little scissors has sat in my top bathroom drawer for 35 years. Everyone always knew he was there. My daughters loved them so much they wanted their own for their "top" prank. I never used them for sewing, only anything that needed to be cut off (tags etc). I'm glad Ginger still has her. That's as important as my gingher sewing scissors being banned!
