If you use a lot of FROZEN ingredients, you're going to have trouble with that. This means that if, like me, you tend to overfill your blender and don't follow directions, you're going to have trouble with it. That means you'll need to use the large blender that comes with it, which means you should probably just buy a blender. then you will like this thing, and probably you will like it. It comes with 4 shakers and 2 large shakers which is great because you can make a custom smoothie or 2. It also comes with a small "chopper" mug that doesn't chop the onion but makes a little smoothie if you want to attach regular blades to it. It is great. If you overheat this thing it will smell hot and all the lights will blink. Nothing wrong with that. Disconnect it and it will cool down and work fine later. Just don't press too hard.
