Works great. I just have to add two small flaws. First, the cup lids don't close, so don't shake the cup. Second, there doesn't seem to be a safe way to store a cut knot. Crushing ice and frozen fruit works great in Pulse mode. Read the directions if you have trouble with ice cream, but to be honest, ice cream in smoothies is a waste of time. All it does is stir the drink with air. Use frozen fruit and yogurt; If using Greek yogurt, add water or milk to thin the mixture. Many reviewers also…

Not very strong, but pretty good

If you use a lot of FROZEN ingredients, you're going to have trouble with that. This means that if, like me, you tend to overfill your blender and don't follow directions, you're going to have trouble with it. That means you'll need to use the large blender that comes with it, which means you should probably just buy a blender. then you will like this thing, and probably you will like it. It comes with 4 shakers and 2 large shakers which is great because you can make a custom smoothie or 2. It…

Powerful and compact! I bought mine in 2012

This machine is small enough to keep on the kitchen counter and powerful enough to crush ice in frozen drinks. It comes with 2 blades: a flat blade for chopping nuts, grinding coffee, etc., and a curved blade for making smoothies, beating eggs, etc. 32-oz. The container is handy for mixing soups and 4 travel mugs fit nicely in my car cup holder. I was happy to see that this model is still in production as I bought another one as a gift for my niece who just moved into her own apartment. Mine…

It leaks and the big blade stops spinning after a year.

Leaks underneath when using smaller smoothie blade. This is not a leak under the disc, it is under the blade assembly. I'm drinking from a container and it's a mess. Make sure you discard the paper towel before placing it on anything else as it will leave marks. Other than that, it's not bad. Blends well and makes great smoothies even if some of the ingredients are frozen. Another problem: after my previous review. The enlarged base of the blade deteriorated after a year of use. It spins badly…

Great blender - best I've ever had and have had many!

I wanted to write a great review on this blender as soon as I got it but thought no I should test it to see if it stopped working over time. It's been a few months and it's just a great blender, no issues. The Momentum button is a very handy addition as it changes the HIGH and LOW buttons with a single press, which is very convenient for one handed use. It has a powerful motor that is not too noisy. You can gently lift the cups to stop them automatically, which is very intelligent. All in all a

This is an excellent product. I've been using this product almost every day for at least seven or eight years. I now have the third set (I'll explain why later - the first one still works too). In terms of price, versatility and quality, it is in no way inferior to a consumer product. Some things I like: * It's small so I can leave it on the counter. He's strong for his size. Yes, this is a small blender, and if you need a large blender or food processor, this probably won't help. But for me…
