Review on πŸ”Œ Cuisinart CPB-300 Blender: Powerful 350 Watt BPA-Free Blender in Black (32 Ounce Capacity) by Alan Pfeiffer

Powerful and compact! I bought mine in 2012

This machine is small enough to keep on the kitchen counter and powerful enough to crush ice in frozen drinks. It comes with 2 blades: a flat blade for chopping nuts, grinding coffee, etc., and a curved blade for making smoothies, beating eggs, etc. 32-oz. The container is handy for mixing soups and 4 travel mugs fit nicely in my car cup holder. I was happy to see that this model is still in production as I bought another one as a gift for my niece who just moved into her own apartment. Mine still works despite being used almost every day for over 8 years. I overheated it once while making a few drinks at a party - my fault I had to use our full size osterizer. That was many years ago and no long-term damage has occurred, although the engine smelled a bit strange after a few days of running. But the smell is gone. The fact that they still make this model means it must be a good design with low warranty claims. Compact blenders seem to change every year, this one is a classic!
