I like that we have so many options when it comes to our customer survey results. It is very easy to use for new users as well! The layout makes me feel more at ease with what's going on in my day job while using this particular tool within my organization. Some features are not as intuitive (i'm looking at you map/geolocation option). This has been an awesome help especially with keeping track of daily reports but also being able to pull up past surveys over time helps immensely with making sure all data isn't lost from one survey period across multiple years. I like that it is easy to use with all three devices (mobile, tablet, pc). It's user friendly! The fact that there are no ads or pop ups. There are many features which can be used at once while other times you have to close one window before opening another. You can't open two windows at the same time. This would help make things easier when doing several tasks at once. We're solving our customer service problems by being able to see who has called in an order as well as what they purchased.
