I have oily skin but I use this toner whenever my skin is clearing and I need something simple that is gentle enough on my skin. Like the product described, this toner is odorless, colourless, liquid like water. I just poured it onto my hands and applied the toner with my palms. Before the toner dries, I continue to use my regular hyaluronic acid so that it can better absorb moisture from the toner into my skin. Overall, this is a good simple, gentle toner for sensitive skin. I bought it when the price was around $14-$18.
