I like how it is very easy to use this program for my business needs such as sales follow ups or even just scheduling appointments! Sometimes there are glitches in which makes me question if they have been able fix them quickly enough before someone else finds out about their problem so we can start using again!! But overall its an amazing software system.

It helps save time by not having multiple programs running at once. ! So much better than other systems ive used previously where things were clogged up all over your screen when trying keep everything organized without getting overwhelmed. !!
