Worked great on my Lawnboy 10520 with F Series engine. The magnetic gap setting for my mower was 0.010". From what I've found on the web, the gaps used are either .010" or .014" for all Lawnmen, but try to find your model's gap yourself. I've also seen business cards used, but they seem a bit wide to me. I used a sharpie to mark where the magnets were on the flywheel, then took the .010" blade from my feeler gauge and slipped it between the coil and flywheel magnets. Let the magnets pull everything together and hold things, then just tighten the screws and pull out the feeler gauge, done. The only thing to keep in mind is that you don't knock the spark plug cable dust boot off again when you put the tank back on !
