Review on ๐ŸŽฒ Quarriors Dice Building Game - Unleash Your WizKid Powers! by William Groupp

A fun game mechanic with great replay value, but luck can ruin the fun for rival players.

A deck building dice game summarizes. The game has amazing replay value, but I can't say it's for everyone. If you are a player who plays to win then this game will disappoint you because of the luck of the dice. If you are a gamer who plays for fun then you might like this game. I've lost every game so far but I can't wait to play again. With good mechanics, it's fun. The guide, although revised, is still quite confusing. It's best to come and play. After a round or two, the game becomes clear. The setup was the confusing part for me. Ignore instructions about card types and whatnot. When installing the card simply turn it over, then again and again. If one of the cards uses the same die, draw it and use a different card. There is a strategy, but luck of the dice will punish you. Because games move relatively quickly, a bad throw can be a tipping point where you never catch up. I like that the games go fast, but that's also a problem. There hardly seems to be enough time to use the strategy before the game is over. All in all, this is a really fun game with variety. Although multiple spell cards and creature cards use the same dice, the abilities tend to vary widely. Keep this in mind if you're playing another game that uses the same spells or creature dice from the previous game. Even if you're just playing the base game, there are plenty of options to replay. In fact, I recommend NOT buying any expansions until you've played the base game and are bored. You may find that you don't really need them. Because of the luck factor, I want to say that this is a great game for kids.
