The stick that you put in where the pieces are being held at the bottom is too long. It’s like the people who put it together did not make sure that the bottom stick fit properly into the slot. So now the bottom piece does not properly connect in and with too many pieces inside of the game it completely falls out. I am very upset and disappointed as this game cost a lot of money only for it to have this major defect. How embarrassing of this I had this for a game night and now this is ruined…

I read all the reviews talking about craftsmanship and finishing imperfections with this product, but the wife wanted it so I took a chance. It arrived earlier today and I unboxed it. It was bubble wrapped and had Styrofoam pieces protecting the corners, so nice packaging job that will survive some shipping abuse. I have to give two thumbs up to the customer service of this company! One of the pieces arrived broken. Heck, anything can happen during shipping, right? It's how the company responds to issues is what matters. I contacted them and received a reply within a day. I was asked to send a picture and confirm my address for shipping. One section is too small for the disks to fall through, so they get stuck. I had this hung for me just to avoid such issues. This was fixable, but there are two columns where there is too much room and the disks slide over each other and then jam. I’m exploring what can be done about this. I really like it. It looks great. It’s an easy game to have fun with, I just wish it was crafted better. Please read the reviews as this could be an isolated instance.

The product is fine other than the bar you take out to let the disks drop into the catcher at the bottom had to be held in place since when you drop the disk it knocks the bar out. I used some stickers that had felt on them and put one on each end which firmed up the fit of the bar that would fall out, and now it's fine.

This is a huge item and was perfect for my game room. The game is always a hit when my family and friends come over. Everyone knows how to play the game which makes it that much better. Instead of the electronic era we have grown accustomed to, this brings you back to the simple hands-on experience. I would recommend this to all.

Like others mentioned in their reviews there was a crack in one of the pieces of wood. They need to give at least a 10% discount when they are shipping items that have flaws like that. However, the family enjoys playing the game.

My 6 yr old loves connect 4 so we got him this. He plays it often and it’s held up. It looks really nice on the wall. The only reason I took a star off is the strip that opens to release the discs is really hard to release, it sticks.

When you drop the coins into the slots, the coins will "squeeze in” behind each other so that you end up with several coins in one slot. They don’t stack up on top of each other very well.

This is a great addition to my bonus room. My family and I are very competitive and we play the game for hours on game night. It was also very easy to mount.

Arrived with wooden piece that holds the chips in place during play broken into 2 pieces. Very poor quality and equally poor customer service in receiving a replacement piece. So disappointed.Edited to add- the company did send a replacement part for the broken piece. But it was a bit of a long process in my opinion ion.
