I like that it has features to help with reporting such as emailing clients or making reports available online which is very helpful for our agency when dealing wth municipalities in other states where we do not have an office there yet! It also provides options if you would rather just make copies than print out hardcopies but still get emailed updates about what happens after your report goes into their system too - this makes my day so much easier because some agencies are slow at responding sometimes & its frustrating knowing someone else filed one against them already without us even finding something wrong with theirs!! Sometimes it takes awhile before all entries show up (especially during busy times).

We used CCE primarily during heavy snowstorms/ice storms since they always respond super quickly from everything i've experienced thus far while using cce vs any other program ive tried/used previously including MS Word etc..
