I like that it has features to help with reporting such as emailing clients or making reports available online which is very helpful for our agency when dealing wth municipalities in other states where we do not have an office there yet! It also provides options if you would rather just make copies than print out hardcopies but still get emailed updates about what happens after your report goes into their system too - this makes my day so much easier because some agencies are slow at responding

Great customer service! I think they are always willing to help with any questions that you may have regarding their services or products as well as provide great support for when something goes wrong once it is in place. The customer service is top-notch! There truly are no problems with my experience using this product; however I do not know how to solve that issue because it never came up (to me).
