The customer service is top-notch! There truly are no problems with my experience using this product; however I do not know how to solve that issue because it never came up (to me). It has been easy for our department in terms what we need/want from citizenserving as an end user--it meets all those needs without any complaints or issues at hand. Honestly? That means nothing bad about them if they have good products like their support team does!! If you haven't used CitizenServes before - give us your business first time around since there isn’t anything out yet which will get left behind when compared against other companies who already offer more than one option so choose wisely. My current problem was solved here via great communication between myself &amp operator regarding payment method preference during checkout phase -- everything went very well overall.
