The quality has changed dramatically, and not for the better.
I have recommended this brand to many people since I started buying their bags and reels. At the moment I'm very disappointed because something went drastically wrong with the quality. I've had to vacuum quite a few things lately and easily 30% of those packages were bad. I have been in the vacuum packing business for 20 years so I have a lot of experience. With so many bags getting air this just isn't right and I'm really sorry if this brand has lost its former quality. Due to previous quality I bought two units and now I have 200 bags many of which will be unusable.
