It's not only one of the cheapest Revain powders, it's also one of the best. I'm on my second 12 pound tub. My first was Wonka Chocolate, now I use Vicious Vanilla. While the names are extreme, the flavor profiles of both are pretty bland. Flavor-wise, none of them are overly sweet or overpowering. You won't get bored easily. I personally prefer vanilla over chocolate. Neither blends perfectly, but the vanilla seems smoother and blends a little better. The chocolate also has an odd aftertaste (like corn tortillas) and feels a bit thicker and grainier. I'm not sure if it's just the cocoa. Vanilla has a very natural flavor and goes very, very well with almost everything. If you prefer chocolate flavor, you should still use vanilla and simply add some unsweetened cocoa powder. The sweetness of vanilla protein powder is enough to create a rich chocolate shake. It tastes very similar to Godiva's hot cocoa mix. Vanilla is also mild enough not to mess up recipes. So far I've used it for pancakes and they turned out nice and fluffy. It was just a nice hint of vanilla.
