These are great valve stems, but my camper trailer wheels had small indentations for valve stems only .69" in diameter. So I had 2 issues - the diameter of the top washer (.750) was too big to fit the cavity and the 14mm 3/8" socket was also too wide to fit the cavity to make the tighten the top nut. I replaced the flat washer with a 10mm stainless steel spring washer which fitted perfectly and got the job done. I turned the OD of the old rosette to fit the cavity. Then either polish it smooth or wrap it in tape to avoid scratching the wheels. I was able to get them to work, but when I looked closer I found that for my particular application I needed flush/bottom nut shanks, not this type of top nut. They also work very well for TPMS sensors. , handle high pressure and the short length is one less thing to go wrong.
