Bought after seeing many others of similar size. It was the cheapest in terms of price. It makes great ice cream but you will need to freeze the container and mixture overnight. Mine never got thicker than a milkshake but turned into ice cream. This really depends on your recipe, as is the case with any ice cream maker. He's just small. Sufficient for 2-3 adults.
