UPDATE: This lens is much brighter around the lens perimeter. Turning your head a little makes you feel like a safe 8 or 9 when you're on 11. The hue numbers seem a little off. 11 is more like 12 and so on. That's clearer than 240 HD singles. Both are amazingly clear and it's like looking at the arc as if the weld isn't very bright and you're looking at it with the naked eye. However, for me that is the difference between sunglasses and polarized sunglasses. Regular sunglasses allow you to see more light, but most of the light interferes with what you intended to see. But when you wear polarized glasses, you see more clearly because they only let through useful light. The Lincoln isn't darker, it just lets you see clearer in my opinion because it cuts out the light clutter that single 240 HDs let through. The pure state of HD singles is a bit better, but Lincoln lets you change the hue and is more transparent in my opinion. I don't know how long it will be because I just got it yesterday, I don't know how long it will be because I just got it yesterday. If it breaks I will update it.
