The monitor is made of high-quality materials and does not look cheap. I looked at several different monitors and this one stood out from the rest. What I like about this monitor is that it has a full size HDMI port. The monitor was well packaged, the box had everything needed for immediate use including a nice storage pouch. My wife uses it for work and for security reasons her work computer doesn't allow external drivers to be installed on it. This monitor requires none of these and works great with your HP laptop with added security features. I connected it with the included USB-C cable and it worked right away. The monitor has two USB-C ports. So if you get power and no signal, just switch connectors. In summary my wife loves this monitor and for the price we can just buy another one. Good product *****
