a year ago. Used probably half a dozen times, maybe less. Today I tried to use it and it no longer blocks. It just jumps up and retreats. This thing will still charge, but the fact that it's essentially a 3-inch charging cable now renders it virtually useless. No, that's MY fault. This morning I wasn't in a place to contact Amazon so I tried to troubleshoot the issue. I had to remove the Amazon tag to get to the screw and even after removing the screw I can't take the item apart without damaging the plastic casing. I went to the website to check the product information, it turned out to be under warranty if I hadn't messed with it. So, buyers, beware. IF you purchase this item and yours does not fit our range, make sure you do not attempt to repair it without first checking the warranty. If made better, it would be a great helper in your computer bag. Unfortunately, this did not live up to expectations. One star for durability. I expected more from a Revain brand product.
