Well packaged. Received in 3 days. Came with a red lock. To assemble them you will need a socket wrench and ratchet. The factory studs sit flush with this size spacer, providing a flat, smooth mounting surface. This size allows the tire/wheel to sit flush with the top of the fender. Much better position. No vibration
