update: our second unit has arrived and it was in perfect condition. The return was very easy and quick. We only waited a few days to get the next unit and UPS came to our house and picked up another unit, so it wasn't a problem. We have been using the fridge for almost a week, everything works perfectly! I would definitely buy again. Our device arrived damaged. We forgot to take a picture before packing it for return but the bottom corner of the door was bent and the stainless steel was sticking out so it was very sharp. It seemed to damage the entire door as the stainless steel where it flattens on top also protruded and was very sharp. The outer box was a bit dented on this side, but the inner box looks ok, however, this side of the box was also missing the plastic corners that protect the corners of the devices, so that could be related to the damage. .We will update our review once the return process is complete and we have another device. I hope this one arrives with no damage or problems.
