🍹 Whynter BR-130SB Beverage Refrigerator - Black/Stainless Steel with Internal Fan Review

It has been in my garage for about a year now. I love it. Works perfectly. It can be VERY cold. Had to make some adjustments to temp to get it right, frozen bottled water. But since then perfect for beer, water and all other drinks. Looks great. Very well packaged, nothing was damaged during delivery.

This fridge was installed on our kitchen island. You need to make sure there is enough space for air to circulate so the fridge doesn't overheat - we left a lot of dead space in the back of the fridge. Ideal for drinks. We removed a few adjustable shelves. Fast shipping and great price. Very happy.

Works great now! Very satisfied after 5 months. The original installation was under the countertop but was open about 4 inches on each side. The air movement/ventilation is not sufficient and the automatic shutdown has been triggered due to excessive heat build-up. Be sure to pay attention to the note to ensure adequate air circulation all around and above. Installation under the counter failed.

***Updated after 2 years. The fridge didn't last. It still looks good, but the problem is functionality. It just doesn't get cold enough. I have a thermometer inside and the temperature in the fridge is fluctuating around 51 degrees. This is unacceptable. If I pay $300 for a mini-fridge, I expect it to at least chill my beer. update: our second unit has arrived and it was in perfect condition. The return was very easy and quick. We only waited a few days to get the next unit and UPS came to our house and picked up another unit, so it wasn't a problem. I was very nervous about the delivery condition. Contrary to the bad reviews regarding transport damage, my device was really well packed in a double box. , hard rubber inserts in the corners of the base, individually cut styrofoam to protect all corners. These devices work great. I installed two side by side and built them into the bar by flipping the door on one of them. They look like a larger cooler and a much more expensive unit. They do a great job of keeping beer and soda cold for the bar. I would recommend this device. It holds lots of drinks and keeps them as cold as you like.
