**UPDATE 03/19/2019** Not only the speakers are junk, so is the customer service and support! I've been emailing Adrian Flores and Pyle about their "GUARANTEE" factory for almost a month now and this company doesn't care about their customers! I live in Oregon and expect to pay for shipping these subs to and from Brooklyn at my own expense (which is 150% of the original cost of the items btw) so you can see IF they are COVERED AT ALL. . I asked if they would pay for ONE WAY shipping because I don't feel like I should be penalized for where I live and I wasn't entertained for a moment. They don't endorse their product and I'm pretty sure the warranty is there to make it look ridiculous even if the products are rubbish. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND! TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW DON'T BUY THIS BRAND! They commit muggings and insult the intelligence of their customers. I bought a pair of 12 inch dual 4 ohm subwoofers in November 2018. It's February 2019 and both subwoofers lost their voice coils in just 3 hours. months of moderate use. I fed these subs AND an Alpine 12 a 500 watt Kenwood amp, so I was definitely under rating. The entire load was connected to a total load of 4 ohms. I watched these speakers for about 50 hours and despite everything, one day both just didn't work. The Alpine subwoofer still works perfectly. I mostly listen to rock, so the speakers definitely weren't overloaded! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless they like to throw money down the toilet. I used to have great Pyle products but this company isn't what it used to be when it comes to quality.
