The ability to easily track and organize all of our orders, shipments, and returns in one place is fantastic! I love how customizable this platform is. We can create custom fields for any need we have. Sometimes it's difficult to find specific information, but they are always quick to respond when you send them an email. They're also very customer-friendly. I wish that they could have more than just text and images, but I understand why this would be cost prohibitive. This tool has helped us streamline our logistics process while providing detailed reporting to our team. It has also allowed us to create more effective shipping labels which has helped reduce errors.
