The ease of use, it's great to track time off work with this software! I have been able to easily keep up-to-date with my hours worked in an accurate manner without having to manually enter them into another system or spreadsheet. I think that the best part about this program is how convenient it works for our clients as we are able to track their inventory so easily, making them feel comfortable enough to shop with us more often! I like the fact that I can easily create a task list, and that it's easy to set up recurring tasks. I dislike that it's not as easy to set up recurring tasks. I also dislike that there is no way to create a task list that is only for me. I'm not sure if this is a bug or a limitation, but it's not working for me so I don't know what the difference is. The ability to easily track and organize all of our orders, shipments, and returns in one place is fantastic! I love how customizable this platform is. We can create custom fields for any need we have. Sometimes it's difficult to find specific information, but they are always quick to respond when you send them an email.
