I think that the best part about this program is how convenient it works for our clients as we are able to track their inventory so easily, making them feel comfortable enough to shop with us more often! This would be easier if there were better customer service available from time-to-time when you have questions or concerns regarding some of your orders/invoices being processed incorrectly - but overall everything has been great!! The only downside really was during one holiday season where all in store pick up wasn't working properly (we weren’t getting credit card numbers). We didn;'e realize until after they had already shipped out an order which meant no refunds due to shipping costs nor money back guarantee since its such expensive items like these hand sanitizers etc..
