The ease of use, it's great to track time off work with this software! I have been able to easily keep up-to-date with my hours worked in an accurate manner without having to manually enter them into another system or spreadsheet. It is also very convenient that you can pull reports from your dashboard so that you don't need to log out just for those purposes. There was nothing really negative about the product at all. We're trying to get better control over our time off. This has helped us accomplish that goal by keeping track of how much we've taken off each week.
