I'm pleasantly surprised at how adjustable and well made this little table is. The legs are made of aluminum, so they are strong and light, and thanks to their design, the table is easily adjustable; I can raise or lower it and I can tilt it to three different angles. The legs are very stable so it stays in place even on the bed. The raised edges are obviously there to keep your gear from slipping, but what I didn't realize is that the edge on the right side is soft rubber. /Silicone material so it's like a soft pad for the wrist...I like it. Plus, the rubber feet prevent it from slipping on almost any surface. The wood grain is beautiful, but as I mentioned before, it's the aluminum legs that make this table sleek and modern. However, once the legs are folded, it slides into small storage spaces very easily. I have a 15" laptop that fits nicely on a desk and even my son's 17" desktop spare sits on it with no problem.
