This mount is NOT adjustable (no re-hanging) once installed. It doesn't tilt or rotate either. The TV will be parallel to the wall in both pitch and yaw directions. There is no level adjustment option so be absolutely sure you leveled it when you installed it or your TV will be crooked. However, it comes with a variety of mounting hardware to mount to a spiked or concrete mounting surface, and it's super easy to install. I only used 2 of the 4 screws provided to attach it to the stand and it didn't move at all and held a 37" TV that weighed about 24 pounds. This is after a lot of fiddling with running the cables behind the wall. I've found you need to be careful where you route the cable bracket as this bracket is very thin and only holds the TV an inch from the wall. If the cable outlet bracket is too close to the mounting brackets you may have routing problems of cables above or below the brackets Behind the brackets is not an option (too little clearance from the wall even for a network cable or RCA cable) All of the above problems arise only because the bracket is extremely accessible. I haven't found an adjustable thin wall mount for less than $70. If you can hang an even mount and can position the cable wall mounts correctly, this is a great mount.
