I would give 5 stars if it matched my sink. The faucet was a little too big for the hole in my sink. The quality was amazing. He was heavy and hard. The color was brushed nickel with a brushed finish. The 5 stars I would give this faucet is the customer service. I have never had a problem with a product and I get such great customer service. When I first received the faucet it was perfectly packaged but the top plate was missing. I contacted the company via email and asked them if I should return the product or just ask them to ship the product to me. They said just give us some pictures and we'll just send you the missing part. Looking at the photos they also noticed that there were no hot/cold lines and wanted to make sure we didn't miss them either. I had them, they just weren't in the picture, but the fact that they actually took a closer look and made sure they were doing everything right was really impressive. Since the shipping was so slow they somehow managed to get the item to me in about 1.5 days. A few days later they called to make sure I received it and that everything was ok. I highly recommend this product/company. It's not exactly what you want, or issues with it are guaranteed to get fixed with you.
