Product is fine but the description doesn't mention that these adapters are "AT/EVEREX" style . If your board uses a different standard, they won't work for you (maybe other reviewers had the issue?). If the description were corrected to explain what this guy is and the current compatibility warning was clearer, that would be 5 stars. My Supermicro motherboard needed a different style, "DTK/INTEL". Here's a good description of both: http://pinoutsguide.com/Motherboard/rs232_header_pinout.shtml I was able to recreate the IDC connector to make it work, but it would be much better with the right product.
