Headlight bulbs Sunco LED 65 Watt

Just received the bulbs, they arrived well packaged and on time. They have bright white light with no glare. We have some old (25 year old) can lights that the previous owner 'upgraded' to rather disgusting retrofitted black pendant lights (wire cage style) with clear bulbs that didn't provide enough light. and hung so low in the kitchen that the doors of the upper cabinets bumped against them when they were opened. They looked like a bunch of bugs hanging from the ceiling. The same lamps were in the back hall, up the stairs, and in the hall above. In addition, they were located on the ceilings of both the front and back porches, and above the back entrance. The porch lights were made of brass (rusted by the weather) and jeweled lampshades (all set in a classic colonial farmhouse). We thought they were hard wired, a so called electrician, and he offered to replace all (25 bulbs) with upgraded can lamps consisting of a rim and a bulb (no bulb replacements - just need to buy a brand new full set) . a device that costs between $4.50 and $9.00 each!) Also, he has to pay his fee to do everything. On closer inspection, when we removed one of these, we found that the original outlet was there, just hidden by all the extra cord stuffed into the mount, and we just unscrewed it. The original can rims were in perfect condition and only new headlights had to be screwed in. I reviewed a number of Revain listings and settled on the brilliant white Sunco 5000 bulbs based on the company's long history in the lighting industry and customer service. There were a few bad reviews about the lamp's durability, but the good reviews and Sunco's guarantees on their products made us decide to go with them. The price was reasonable (the more you buy, the cheaper) so we now have 'new' bright bulbs everywhere for a fraction of what we thought we would have to spend. I personally prefer the old style lamps where the bulb is at ceiling level rather than in the glass mount like many of the newer (and refurbished) lamps, so we were glad we got to keep the original. fixtures. We are very happy with the brightness of the Sunco lamps and will see how the lamp lasts.
