Receiver too big for the exterior

I ordered an ultra fab caster to connect to an ultra fab 2 inch socket according to the instructions to mount. The receiver/tube hole is at least 1/8" oversized making it sloppy. Having bought products from the same company they should be a snug fit. Disappointed. -NBL-
