A wonderful tool that I didn't know I needed.
Cool stuff. I've been cooking more fish lately and I'm tired of that stiff spatula I use to flip steaks on the grill. I had seen this in coastal boutiques before and knew it was good quality. I have already cooked several fish dishes, simply a bomb. Very durable handle. The balance is perfect. The little handle you attach it to is perfect. Light and flexible for fish but strong enough for burgers and steaks. Forget the old clunky spatula and embrace new technology!
