I've only been using them for about 3 days, but I really like them so far! Before I go to bed, I always lie in bed and play games on my phone. I've been having trouble sleeping lately and I've been told that the phone's blue light could be the problem. I keep my blue blocking glasses on my bedside table and now when I play my phone games at night I wear the glasses. I don't play as long as I used to - I fall asleep faster and in the middle of the game (which doesn't bother me). Twice I fell asleep for 3 hours with glasses and night light! Then I just take off my glasses, turn off the light and sleep on for many more peaceful hours. Like I said, it was only a few nights. If something changes and the glasses no longer help, I will update this review. The glasses sit comfortably, do not press behind the ears. The screws are a little tight on the ear cups, so they don't come loose easily, they have to be pulled.
