Wood deck end post bent causing the 4 post deck to hum. The problem was that the mast was installed in a concrete pit and a concrete slab formed around the masts. The problem is the results. Water ingress was allowed from all sides of the column. So the post was rotted at the base, about 1 foot of rotten wood. This product was the ticket to replace a bad support post. With a new post and 80 lbs of concrete infill, the new post has now been protected with a decorative and safe product. Epoxy was used to attach the screw to the base.
