Purchased 3/14/2021 and the overall installation was very easy. There were no issues with the quality during the first year, but now fast forward to May 2022 it completely broke. It had worked flawlessly for a year and it looked beautiful with the sink and backsplash but now the hose decided to completely detach from the faucet. I do not know if this is just one bad faucet in the bunch but I wish it would have lasted longer than one year.UPDATE 6/15/2022:I was contacted promptly by the company to see how they were able to assist me. They displayed excellent customer service and were able to send me a new faucet to replace the one that broke. I just received the new one today and I’m so excited to have it installed.
