This is a poor man's Fluke. It has limited functionality but superior engineering. However, please note that it is not made or guaranteed in the USA. The emphasis seems to be on build quality and precision rather than Swiss Army knife performance. There is no current measurement, but all other basic functions are activated. The hold button is not the auto-hold version of the more expensive Fluke models. It has a 6000 count display compared to 4000 of most competitors in the sub $50 range from established manufacturers like Amprobe, Extech, Brymen, Southwire, Klein. The published accuracy specifications are also very good for this class of auto-ranging gauges from the same competitors. This is a mini portable model with good ergonomics and a clean user interface. The buttons have a smooth positive action and the dial feels precise and switches smoothly. This is a much thinner meter than the others, presumably due to the lack of current measurement and the location of the connectors on the bottom edge rather than the front. It doesn't have a rubber coating or boots, so it slips on many desktops. In several multimeter comparison tests on YouTube, this little Fluke really liked it. The expert-written reviews I found online were also very positive. The safety information leaflet that comes with it is not very helpful, but the English PDF user manual available on the Fluke website is clearly written and informative for the beginner.
