Not an exact replacement for a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Van, very difficult to get elsewhere. Dodge has discontinued many brake parts for 2003 vans. Will work with a little modification. Need to drill a larger hole in the end of the banjo, metric? Works for left or right rear wheel with some additional mods, not available from Dodge or other parts stores, discontinued.
